Marcus Pohl (MP) contributed to the conception and design of the review, drafted the protocol, and will assess the methodological quality of selected trials. He will, together with JM, contact trialists about unpublished data and also enter the data, carry out statistical analysis, help with the interpretation of the data, draft the review and approve the final manuscript of the review.
