Differences between protocol and review

Since the first publication of this review in the Cochrane Library in 2005 and in Obstetrical & Gynecological Survey (Helmerhorst 2006) a randomised controlled trial in which couples with an isolated cervical factor were treated with intrautetrine insemination or expectant management during 6 cycles (Steures 2004). In this updated review expectant management as a control was added to the original control groups.
