Abstract
This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (Intervention). The objectives are as follows:
To assess the effectiveness and safety of the levonorgestrel intrauterine system (LNG‐IUS) for treatment of endometrial hyperplasia (EH) with or without atypia.
