Shaffer RS Mok (SRSM) is the guarantor of the review. He was involved in conceiving, designing, and co‐ordinating the review. SRSM designed the search strategies, undertook the searches and organised retrieval of the papers. SRSM will also perform data management, enter data into RevMan, analyse, and interpret data. Both SRSM and Sachin Mohan (SM) were involved in data collection, screening the search results, screening retrieved papers against inclusion criterion, appraising the quality, extracting data, writing to authors for additional information, providing additional data, and obtaining screening data of unpublished studies. SRSM and SM will provide methodological, clinical, policy, and consumer perspectives. Both SRSM and SM will write the review.
Thomas A Judge (TAJ) performed the duties of an unbiased third party if discrepancy arose, provided methodological, clinical, policy, and a consumer perspective, as well as general advice on the review.
Yize R Wang (YRW) will assist with Chinese to English translation.
Krystal M Hunter (KMH) will also perform analysis of the data.
