Differences between protocol and review

We have revised the primary and secondary outcomes to make them more precise.

We added quality of life after the surgery into the secondary outcomes.

In the part of Selection of studies, in those studies which met the inclusion criteria except that they had some participants aged below 5 years old, we contacted the authors by email or letters to ask for the data of those participants older than 5 years.

WHO International Clinical Trials Registry Platform and CBM were searched electronically, which was not proposed in the protocol.
