Contributions of authors

MF drafted the protocol with input from CB and NH. The search strategy was originally written by Mark Fenton and will be updated and rerun at the editorial base of the Cochrane Developmental, Psychosocial and Learning Problems Group (CDPLPG). CB will lead the search for grey literature/ongoing studies/ contact of experts in the field. MF and NH will screen titles and abstracts. The editorial base of the CDPLPG will retrieve potentially eligible new studies as well as copies of studies from the previous version of this review. All authors will work in pairs to make eligibility decisions. NS and HJ will independently extract data and enter it into RevMan 5.  MF and CB will draft the final review.
