Differences between protocol and review

The previous review, Brazzelli M, Shirran E, Vale L. Absorbent products for the containment of urinary and/or faecal incontinence in adults. Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews 1999, Issue 3. Art. No.: CD001406. DOI: 10.1002/14651858.CD001406 was withdrawn in 2006 and divided into subgroups addressing designs of absorbent products for different patient groups: 'Absorbent products for light urinary incontinence in women' (published 2007)'; 'Absorbent products for women and men with moderate‐heavy urinary and/or faecal incontinence' (this review); 'Absorbent products for light incontinence in men' (unpublished); and 'Absorbent products for children' (unpublished).
