This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (Intervention). The objectives are as follows:
This review will evaluate the results of randomized trials comparing conventional to Ligasure assisted hemorrhoidectomy. The primary goal is to ascertain whether the use of Ligasure results in less postprocedural pain.
