Contributions of authors

Amato wrote the background, Pani and Minozzi help with suggestions and comments, and Marina Davoli supervised. Amato will inspected the search hits by reading titles and abstracts. Each potentially relevant study located in the search will be obtained in full text and assessed for inclusion independently by two authors (Minozzi, Amato). Doubts will be solved by discussion between all the authors. Minozzi will assess the quality of the included studies, Amato and Minozzi will extract data.
