For the full review: FH will develop and run the search strategy with the assistance of the EPOC Trial Search Coordinator, Jessie McGowan. FH and AM will screen records for eligibility and JG or RB will act as arbitrators should disagreements arise. FH and AM will abstract data and assess the quality of the included studies. DF will provide support on methodological aspects. FH, JG and DF will contribute to the analysis of the review. FH, RB, JG, DF, JM, EP and AM will contribute to the interpretation of results. FH will write up the review, all reviewers will provide comments and feedback.
