Differences between protocol and review

This review is based on a published protocol (Wilhelm 2017), with differences described as follows.

For the risk of bias and GRADE assessments, the outcomes have been regrouped differently than described in the protocol. This was after thorough discussion with the editorial board to arrive at the most appropriate classification for each section of the risk of bias assessment.

Notes

We have based parts of the Methods section of this review on a standard template developed by Cochrane Metabolic and Endocrine Disorders, which has been modified and adapted for use by Cochrane Urology.
