Abstract

This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (Intervention). The objectives are as follows:

  1. To assess the effectiveness and safety of prophylactic probiotics for preventing or reducing colic in infants.

  2. To identify the likely effective probiotic strains for such an approach.
