This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (Intervention). The objectives are as follows:

The objective is to determine the efficacy of pharmacological treatments on non‐specific fatigue in palliative care. The focus should be on patients who are in an advanced stage of their disease, including cancer, lung failure, cardiac failure, HIV/AIDS, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, and multiple sclerosis.
