Drugs at caesarean section for preventing nausea, vomiting and aspiration pneumonitis
Abstract
This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (Intervention). The objectives are as follows:

To determine whether antiemetics (pharmacological and non‐pharmacological) given prior to having a caesarean section reduces the incidence of nausea and vomiting in healthy women with an uncomplicated pregnancy.

To determine whether drugs given prior to having a caesarean section reduce the incidence of aspiration pneumonitis in healthy women with an uncomplicated pregnancy.
